Edel Threads is a textile development and production studio headquartered in Guatemala City, under the direction of Andrea Carazo, who holds a BFA in Textiles from the California College of the Arts.

Founded with a mission to preserve and innovate Guatemalan textiles, Edel Threads is committed to experimentation, material manipulation, and artisanal techniques. The studio strives to facilitate positive change by collaborating closely with local artisans, fostering the expansion of their expertise, and empowering them as creative leaders.
